Elevating Joint Force Readiness & Resilience in the Pacific

Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Regional Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) serves as the primary strategic engine of quality of life, community support, and warfighter readiness across the Mariana Islands. Operating as a unified, joint-service command footprint, we oversee and standardize world-class leisure, fitness, family support, and commercial operations across Naval Base Guam, Andersen Air Force Base, and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz.

Guam is a vital, tip-of-the-spear forward operating location. Recognizing this, JRM MWR is dedicated to delivering a premier island lifestyle for our Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Guardians, family members, and eligible retirees. From managing state-of-the-art physical training complexes and child development systems to organizing major regional community festivals and publishing the island's flagship military lifestyle resource, Military MWR Guam (MMG) Magazine, our mission is to ensure that those stationed in paradise have the resources, community connections, and recreational opportunities to thrive. Through strategic regional oversight, commercial sponsorship integration, and consistent resource alignment, we champion the resilience of our force, making JRM MWR the heart of military island life.
